NACA Reunion XII

Program & Schedule

• Hospitality Room – Hilton Garden Inn, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Registration – Hilton Garden Inn, Springhill Suites, Embassy Suites – 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

• Registration – Hilton Garden Inn, Springhill Suites, Embassy Suites – 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Opening Ceremony in Reid Center at NASA LaRC, beginning with a continental breakfast – 9:00 am to 10:15 am
• Everyone is encouraged to attend this important opening ceremony and the formal program begins at 9:30 am. Lesa Roe, NASA Langley Research Center Director, Col. Jeffrey Prichard, Vice Commander, 1st Fighter Wing, Langley Air Force Base, and Michael Griffin, NASA Administrator, will recognize NACA alumni and their families. NACA will present a memorial plaque to NASA.
• Busses depart from hotels – 8:00 am (Busses will start at the Hilton Garden Inn and pick up at Springhill Suites and Embassy Suite)
• Tour of NASA LaRC and Langley AFB - 10:30 am to 11:30 am
• Busses leave Reid Center – 10:30 am, return to hotels – 11:30 am to Noon
• Tour to Virginia Air & Space Center and Imax Movie – 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
• Busses depart from hotels – 12:30 pm, depart VASC – 3:30 pm
• Reception at the Virginia Air & Space Center – 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
• Busses depart from hotels – 6:00 pm, depart VASC – 9:00 pm

• Tour Jamestown and 400th Celebration – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Busses depart from hotels – 8:00 am
  • Arrive Jamestown – 9:30 am
  • Lunch in Festival Park Restaurant (included in tour) – 11:30 am
  • Busses return to hotels – 3:00 pm
• Tour - Boat Trip in Hampton Roads – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Busses depart from hotels – 9:00 am, depart boat dock – 1:00 pm
• Tour – Mariner’s Museum - 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm
• Busses depart from hotels – 12:00 pm, depart Mariner’s Museum – 2:30 pm
